AK-PLLA-40K-Fl visibility

Triangular shaped cast film made by casting and drying at room temperature 1mg/ml AK-PLLA-40K-FL/DCM imaged at 4X magnification under Olympus BX51 microscope with DP70 camera using FITC mode and 1 second of exposure time (ambient lighting conditions).  The green fluorescent cast film is easily vissualized.
