Peptide delivery by PLGA-PEG nanoparticles

Recent article by Kamaly et. al. shows the promise of using polymer systems for anti-inflammatory drug delivery. Polymers used for this included PEG-PLGA, Speciality endcapped PEG-PLGA, and Fluorescently conjugated PLGA which are similar to the polymers or precursors available from www.polyscitech.com.
Image shown is from the article (Kamaly, Nazila, et al. "Development and in vivo efficacy of targeted polymeric inflammation-resolving nanoparticles." Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (2013).) The full-text of which is available here (http://www.tabaslab.com/pubs/Development%20and%20in%20vivo%20efficacy%20of%20targeted%20polymeric%20inflammation-resolving%20nanoparticles.pdf)
