Polyscitech is proud to present our first research grade In-Vivo imaging system. Unlike other systems which weight more than a hundred pounds and costs tens of thousands of dollars the ELVIS system can be easily set-up and taken down and put away in a backpack with a price substantially less than traditional In-Vivo imaging systems. This system as it is allows for detection of near IR fluorescence but other modes will soon be available including FITC (ex488/em525).
The image shows a mouse injected subcutaneously with NIR fluorescent microparticles imaged both in bright-mode (normal vision) and in Near-IR.
