"ugly" polymers - appearance
One FAQ we get all the time is why our material looks like a wad of polymer rather than a fine dust or pellets. Dust and pellets require grinding/extruding and we generally do not expose our polymers to that kind of heat/friction especially since they are delicate. The "wad" is the polymer appearance as it was removed from precipitation purification or as it was redissolved/filtered/vacuum dried from an organic solvent. If you really need a dust or pellets for your application you can request this, but we don't normally do this as heat and friction can cause some damage to degradable polymers.
