Moderate temperature melt processing

Dear (Customer),

I did a very brief experient on AK15 to check for its melting properties. I tossed 3 little pieces in scint vials and purged in some argon then put each one on a hotplate set to either 40,60, or 80C respectively. After half an hour the 60 and 80C had melted to stick to the bottom of the scint vial whereas the 40C one did not so it's reasonable to state the melting transition on this one is between 40-60C. The picture here is the vials laying on their side after heating and the 40C piece fell off the bottom but the other two are adhered. At room temperature this material is solid amorphous yet it can be melt processed at relatively moderate temperatures.
