Kito-2 is FITC labelled chitosan but more specifically it is Chitosan with a viscosity of 20-300 cP (1 wt. % in 1% acetic acid(25 °C, Brookfield)) with 75-85% deacetylation. This one was reacted with 5% mole FITC/mole chitosan residue.
